1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup of oats
1 1/8 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
sprinkle of salt
1 cup softened butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 bag of carmels 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. To form crust mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, salt and butter, set 1/2 cup aside, press in bottom of 9"x13" baking dish and bake for 10 min
  3. After taking crust out sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly
  4. Melt the carmels with the sweetened condensed milk in the microwave.  Once throughly melted pour over top of chips and crust.  Try to pour evenly and finish evening out carmel with spatula.
  5. Take crust mix that was set aside and sprinkle evenly, place back in oven and bake an additional 18 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven cool cut and enjoy.
