Sunflower Kernel Crunch Balls

Ingredients

  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cowmein noodles
  • 3/4 cup salted, roasted, sunflower kernels

Directions

  1. On high power, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl
  2. Continue stirring every 15 seconds, until the chocolate chips are smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually, stir in the noodles
  4. Gradually, stir in the sunflower kernels
  5. Drop by the teaspoonful, on a large piece of waxed paper.
  6. Let harden and enjoy.
