Sunflower Kernel Crunch Balls
Ingredients
- 12 oz milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup cowmein noodles
- 3/4 cup salted, roasted, sunflower kernels
Directions
- On high power, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl
- Continue stirring every 15 seconds, until the chocolate chips are smooth and creamy.
- Gradually, stir in the noodles
- Gradually, stir in the sunflower kernels
- Drop by the teaspoonful, on a large piece of waxed paper.
- Let harden and enjoy.
