Peanut Butter Bites


  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 12oz cool whip
  • Package of Oreo cookies
  • Stick of butter
  • Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups or Reese’s Pieces


  1. Line mini cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Crush Oreos (whole package) and mix up with a melted stick of butter. Put enough (about tsp) on the bottom of your mini cupcakes and lightly pack on bottom to form crust.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Mix with a hand mixer or stand mixer peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, and cool whip until thoroughly mixed, make sure to scrap sides as you go.
  4. Using a frosting (piping) bag, fill each mini cupcake with peanut butter mixture.
  5. Top each mini cupcake with a mini peanut butter cup or a couple Reese’s pieces.

Keep Refrigerated and enjoy!

Other variations: I will use the Oreo mix to make a pie crust and put peanut butter mix in the pie.  Topping again with the peanut butter or Reese’s pieces.  I have also used this same process to make regular sized cupcakes.
