Jalapeno Poppers


12 Jalapenos
package of bacon (12 pieces)
block of cream cheese
1 Cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp of Garlic Salt
1 Bundle of Chopped Green Onions 


  1. Cut Jalapenos in half and clean out seeds.
  2. Chop green onions up.
  3. Mix up cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, and garlic salt.
  4. Stuff jalapenos with mixture.
  5. Wrap stuffed jalapenos with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Cook in oven on cookie sheet or on grill top until bacon is crisp.  (Approx 350 degrees)
