Chain of Command
At Deuel School District, we value open communication and encourage questions, concerns, and ideas to be addressed at the appropriate level. Following the chain of command helps ensure that issues are handled efficiently by the staff members who are most directly involved. In most cases, concerns should first be directed to the teacher, coach, or staff member closest to the situation, followed by the building principal, superintendent, and, if necessary, the Board of Education. Working through this process promotes clear communication, timely solutions, and positive relationships among students, families, staff, and the community.
