We’re excited to announce an important change that will simplify how you handle your student athlete’s paperwork going forward!
Starting this year, all physical forms, consent paperwork, and registration for student athletes will be completed online. This new system is designed to make the process more efficient, secure, and accessible—so no more misplaced papers or last-minute signatures!
The attached document will walk you step-by-step through how to:
• Register your student athlete for participation in sports,
• Upload physical examination forms directly to the system,
• Electronically sign all required consent paperwork.
This new digital process ensures that your child’s information is kept safe and that all forms are complete and up to date before the season begins.
We encourage you to review the attached instructions carefully and complete the necessary steps as soon as possible. If you have any questions or run into trouble, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

One item that I have been told to stress is that you use the same email and login on the app as you do for website.
The Health History Form needs to be printed out and taken to your visit with the physician. This form will then need to be upload when completing the registration process.
Deuel School District is honored to provide a digital archive of the school history that enables us to honor and archive our academic, athletic, and extracurricular achievements and history of our school district. This includes yearbooks, class composites, honor graduates, athletic records, team photos, All-State Band and Choir, and much more.
The contents can not only be enjoyed on the touch screen at the school, but online, outside of the school walls.

The SDHSAA has the duty and obligation to control, coordinate, and direct the operation of the interscholastic activity programs of its member schools. Among these programs are those in athletics, speech, music, student council, publications, and such like or related programs of activities as may be organized among member schools.

Please note:
We were not able to combine Deuel/Deubrook Wrestling into the store, because two schools are listed. So you will not see any option for wrestling spirit wear at this time. There will be a separate store centered around Deuel/Deubrook Wrestling apparel.
Softball will be using the Game Changer App to livestream their softball games this year. In order to stream the games you will need to download the Game Changer App. Here is a picture of the app.
Once you have the app downloaded and username and password set up, you will have to search for Deuel Varsity Cardinals or Deuel JV Cardinals. Once you find the correct team you can join the team as a fan, or family member. This should save them as a favorite for easy access.
All home and away games will be streamed through this app.

Deuel School and Dr. Lynn Simon, DPT/ATC of Big Stone Therapies have contracted for athletic training coverage.
This includes:
• Attendance at VARSITY HOME events including football, cross country, wrestling and gymnastics.
• Assess athletes’ injuries Mon & Wed 4:00-5:00 pm.
• Complete ImPACT baseline and post- injury testing
• Provide post-concussion return to school and return to sport guidance.
Coaches can contact Dr. Simon to make alternative arrangements for the athlete to be seen. Dr. Simon volunteers to attend other athletic events when her schedule allows and provide assistance as needed.
